The Duckhouse is a self contained, private accommodation on a 22 acre farm with alpacas, horses, pygmy goats, donkeys, chickens and peacocks situated right beside the Essex Way. It has all the modern comforts such as WiFi, a Smart TV, air con and plenty of parking.

Enjoy your very own private hot tub, conveniently adjoined to the lodge for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Please note: the hot tub is offered as an optional extra and is available for an additional charge if requested.

The space
The Duckhouse has its own private garden with hot tub. There are 2 footpaths that run through the surrounding 22 acre farm and guests are welcome to walk around and meet the animals. It is positioned 5 minutes from an A12 link, 10 minutes from Colchester town and less than an hour from London.

We have a Netflix account logged in, free of charge, provided for our holiday lodges.

Other things to note
Our check in time is usually 4pm as we give ourselves a larger window to rectify any hot tub or property issues from the previous guests.

Our check out time is 10am unless otherwise arranged.
